Well, of course, there's also the possibility that N.'s just so glad Kendra has offered to accompany her. :) It seems plausible that N. might be a little less afraid to go back after the assault with another girl by her side who's sympathetic and as physically confident as Kendra is.

That's what I noticed about Kendra too, how pretty and stylish her clothes and makeup were. It might be part of her perfectionism, but I also think she simply enjoys taking care of herself and looking good.
